We were seated immediately, 10 mins before our reservation time. But after that we waited 40 mins for water. I ordered an appetizer and cocktail at 20 mins, we got to order our entree when we got our waters. We got my cocktail at 50 mins, the bread about 5 mins later. Our waitress dropped two of the spreads that come with the bread, which we never got. We got the appetizer about 5 mins after the bread. Then 20 mins after that we got our entrees. Service was extremely slow. Sat at booth in bar area for 10-15 mins before we even were asked if someone was helping us- then another 10 mins to get waitress. Salads were ok- brought a beer and cold glass to the table, beer was not even cool-hence the cold glass. Who does that? Apparently the bar tender and waitress thought is was fine to serve customer like that. Won’t be going back!

We sat at the bar to order breakfast today. When we walked in the bar was filled with dirty plates and glasses. The bar and multiple bar tables were not cleared for the full hour we were here. Our food was never brought out and we sat and watched them clean their returned glasses with water only and were redistributed to other guests. We left before our food ever had a chance (if it had one) to make it out. If their visible restaurant looks like this, it made us sadly question the cleanliness of the kitchen. Sadly we will not be coming back. The service here is horrible and today was at an all time low. The place was not busy. We were sat and never received service. No waitress, no water, no anything. We got up and walked out as 3 waitresses stood at the bar chatting. Never once did one of them say anything to us as they watched us leave. The hostess watched us walk out as well. We’ve been here numerous times and each time the service and cleanliness of the restaurant gets worse. We attempted to go to breakfast this morning, placed our order and waited 45 minutes only to be told our server forgot to put our order into the system. The bar was covered with dirty plates and glasses. We witnessed staff rinse off glasses with ONLY water and redistribute them to other guest. The ONLY positive about our experience was the manager covering the cost of our drinks as we left and didn’t eat.

My experience at this place was absolutely horrible. The service (besides the hostess who resolved my concerns) was horrible. We walked in and the front area was pretty empty and the hostess told us we could sit anywhere. We waited about 10 minutes before our server came over to our table and hurriedly took our orders.
