Well, today is June, the 15 20 26 and the apartment manager was lovely. I'm about to apply for a unit, and she explained everything to me so graciously, and I'm actually looking forward to living there, she was very pleasant to talk with and to talk to
Absolutely worst leasing service. I did apply 10 days ago and after long time they denied the application saying "It is a rule that you should have atleast 1 year of previous job experience". Seriously it felt like the reasons are not clear for the denial. The reasons provided after tons of calls and wait was absolutely non acceptable. I recommend not to apply and waste the application fees the same way me and my roommates did.
Made an appointment to see the apartments and the manager never showed up. We drove 2 hours to get to the appointment and the managers never showed up and even turned their phones off after we tried calling them. Called them back a few days later and they changed their prices from what we were originally quoted just a week prior. The management team is extremely unprofessional and it seems like they have no idea what they are doing, completely unorganized.
