My child’s doctor, Dr. Lalchandani, has terrible bed side mannerism. Every time we see him I have more questions than answers. And often I have to keep contacting his assistant. I feel as if I had to resort to a lot of google/youtube searching and it made the surgery and post care of my daughter’s surgery very frustrating. He didn’t even bother to offer a school letter. I had a truly positive experience at this children’s hospital. From the moment we arrived, the staff was compassionate, attentive, and incredibly professional. They took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure we felt supported, and treated my child with such kindness and care. The facility was clean, well-organized, and clearly designed with children and families in mind. I’m so grateful for the level of care we received, thank you for making a difficult time feel a little lighter.
I don't normally write bad reviews. This place is terrible. It took 8 months to get an appointment for a nose bleed. The appointment lasted 5 minutes and we were told to "drink more water." Then we were billed $575. We never saw a real doctor, yet the bill misrepresented that we did to justify a high bill. There are several similar stories like this in the comments.
Doctora breanna Reen She has been seeing my daughter for several years and she is very professional and friendly. I love how she treats my daughter. She explains everything well and helps us with everything we need for my daughter's hearing aids. The best thing is that she speaks Spanish and can explain everything to us better this hospital Is good in all specialities.
