My child’s doctor, Dr. Lalchandani, has terrible bed side mannerism. Every time we see him I have more questions than answers. And often I have to keep contacting his assistant. I feel as if I had to resort to a lot of google/youtube searching and it made the surgery and post care of my daughter’s surgery very frustrating. He didn’t even bother to offer a school letter.
