My son went to WCPD from age 6mo until recently (age 7). He has a chronic blood disorder that makes dental work particularly risky for him. Despite knowing that he was a high risk patient, the office repeatedly failed to obtain necessary preventative X-rays, claiming he had a severe gag reflex. When I returned only 5 months after his most recent visit, I was informed he had a cavity that had progressed to a point that it was visible to them, and that may have even need a crown. We received good care from Walnut Creek Pediatric Dentistry, unfortunately that's where the good news ends. Despite having multiple insurance providers, we paid big money for regular services. This seems more like a financial institution than a dental office. Our children were terminated as patients for not continuing on this path. Good riddance.

We had a wonderful experience at this pediatric dental office. Our 10-year-old son loved it, and we did too. Everything was quick, we were seen right on time, and everyone was very friendly. He got to pick a little prize at the end and even received a balloon, he was so happy! He especially appreciated the screen with cartoons right above his head, which made the whole visit comfortable and kept him distracted during the procedure. We’re very satisfied with our visit. Thank you!
