Crummy Repairs for Years I have been taking my Ford Expedition luxury edition to Walnut Creek Ford. I can not think of a single time that a repair has been properly completed. I have spent about $1000 fixing bad repairs by this company. I have had it with their lousy service. Not only won't I go there again, but I won't buy a Ford again because of them.

PROS: they give you a ride home CONS: expensive, crummy repairs, that break again.
A+++ Service! I usually don't write reviews regarding the experience I had with retail stores but Walnut Creek Ford is an exception. There service department is not only clean, fast, and super friendly but also very reasonably priced. I would definately recommend them! A+ service all the way!
EXCELLENT SERVICE FOR YEARS!!! Walnut Creek Ford is the best dealership I have every dealt with in my life. I take my car there for all my service issues(major or minor). I have bought a 2001 cobra from them, 2003 cobra, 2005 mustang. They are so loyal to their customers and help them out as much as they can.
Service Good -- Product Poor Our experience with the Ford Windstar is exactly as described in Consumer Reports -- poor. Based upon this experience, I would not buy another Ford product. Once the warranty expired, even the extended warranty could not save us. Example: in this climate, how often have you heard of a fuel tank rusting out at the neck? The engine service light? Ford I love Ford. Even if the cars are used, it's one of the best quality cars you can get these days. They run for a long time with imported motors and parts. They will also repair your car really quickly and get it back into shape if it's broken! They specialize in auto repair, and I really like how friendly this buisness is. They are pretty affordable, concidering that auto repair in general will cost a lot of money. They might not have the hottest cars, butI will recommend Ford and Toyota to anybody!
Great! I have had nothing but positive experiences with this Ford Dealer. They are nice, and very well- informed. I like their cars, they are pretty sturdy and not too expensive. They have a little kiddy fun place where you can drop off your little ones while you test drive or are shown around. Hopefully, you'll find a car that you love! (at a great price!)
Ford a great car for a reasonable price This Ford car dealer is a real great place to shop for FORD vehicles. Their service is good and very experienced. The sales people are not too pushy on the customers, gives more time to think and do their best to earn the business. They treat the customers in a very friendly way and make sure we are satisfied in every aspect of the business. My next car purchase, if it is FORD, I will surely consider this dealer.
Great Service I left my car overnight because they were closed when I got there and there was a drop box for you to put your car keys, and a work order form for the services you wanted completed. I needed another ignition and they fixed it for me and were so nice about it. I would recommend others take there car to them.
