BE AWARE!! DO NOT TRUST this CORRUPT dental office. They rip their patients off and CANNOT BE TRUSTED. At two separate office visits they brought up the wrong patient's X-rays as mine, then they tried to charge me for additional X-rays since they couldn't find the ones they took a few weeks earlier. They then over billed me and when my insurance company's EOB showed the amount I owed was less than what I paid, they refused to refund me and instead tried to double the fee fo… See more

They overcharge for services such as a root canal even though they take Cigna ins. N I had to have Cigna speak to their office manager about my $224!refund twice. Potts office manager lacks customer service skills n was very difficult to deal with n it was a hassle to get my refund n I filed a complaint against them via Cigna. Dishonest accounting n office procedures I suspect. I would suggest not to do business with them. Get another dentist. The overcharge should have never occurred. They were very helpful in getting me in in just a few hours during the pandemic when my regular dentist was closed. Very friendly, too. Thank you!
They recommend treatments that are not medically necessary and not covered by Insurance. I am filing a formal complaint on my dentist with the state dental licensing association
I love this office! Dr. Uppal is the best! I used to work as a receptionist for a dental office before I went back to school and my old dentist was super old school. Meaning he’d watch areas that have small cavities because he could make more money in the long run by just waiting until they’re bigger. I used to think all dentists did that.
