I brought my RAM 2500 in for a diagnosis on an obvious engine tick, or rattle, or clacking sound, however described it wasn't good and shouldn't happen to an engine with under 80,000 miles. I specifically asked to speak with the service manager and he heard the noise and his response was a good one, he said to schedule an appointment we'll charge you an hours labor figure out the problem and you can then decide wether or not to go ahead with the repairs or not. This service department incorrectly diagnosed my Wrangler, then proceeded to offer me $1000 for it. I’d like my $559 back for the shotty diagnostics that someone else had to re-do. And no, my motor does not have internal damage as you claimed. Never again.
Was driving on 680 S when somehow my F150s skid plate partially fell off. Didn’t have my tools in my truck and saw it was just hanging on by two bolts. Rolled up into the service center and Charles and Jose helped me out and popped it off in a few seconds at no charge. Greatly appreciate the kind and rapid service. May have converted this Ford guy
I wish I could call and schedule service for after-hours. It's pretty rough for me to get off work and not be able to schedule anything on the phone....
