I bought my Wrangler from a different dealership, who didn't have a great Service department. A friend of mine referred me here and I have had nothing but excellent service since then. The service manager, Paul is amazing. Outstanding service. But I will say that the prices are pretty steep. As an example, they wanted to charge me $40 to install an air filter that literally took me 30 seconds to install. And they wanted to charge me $1500 to change the fuel lines But I took it to a local mechanic that did it for $240. But the people are all very friendly and nice and provide excellent service
These guys are a sham. They quoted me $2300 to fix a fuel line and I brought it to a local shop and got it done for $180. Then they said they changed my oil and they didn’t.
STAY AWAY from the service department at this dealership!! After taking in my car to have a key made and sitting around for almost 2 hours while the service department did nothing they pulled my car into the service bay and then proceeded to tell me that they couldn't make the key. This whole time transpired within 10 minutes. Then they tell me I can pay for the service and bring my car back and have the key made when I get a new fob and there would be NO CHARGE. After our abominable experience in San Leandro, we were referred to Walnut Creek dealer by Mopar. Elvira in the service department provided outstanding customer service and follow on support. She quickly found the source recurring fault codes and remedied shoddy workmanship of San Leandro service center. Truck returned cleaned and vacuumed to us every time. She even gave us a follow up call to make sure we were all good and to thank us for our business
