Was driving on 680 S when somehow my F150s skid plate partially fell off. Didn’t have my tools in my truck and saw it was just hanging on by two bolts. Rolled up into the service center and Charles and Jose helped me out and popped it off in a few seconds at no charge. Greatly appreciate the kind and rapid service. May have converted this Ford guy
I wish I could call and schedule service for after-hours. It's pretty rough for me to get off work and not be able to schedule anything on the phone....
