Living here was a wonderful experience. The apartment site and surrounding neighborhood is often quiet and relaxing. It was always nice waking up to the sound of birds singing in the morning. The apartment unit itself is quite spacious and maintained well. It has all the basic amenities including assigned parking and laundry site for all tenants. I need everyone to reported this place to section 8 they selling spots to move in they friends & family get pulled to the top of the list .So if applied and didn't get in is because ppl given the girls money to move to the top of the list report them
The management does a good job with some things. But they recently decided that residents are not allowed to have visitors park after 6pm. Anyone who does gets towed. I was told my friends and family could get an Uber to come visit me after work. I've never heard of such a thing. If I would have known this would be the policy, I would not have signed a lease for this place. Of course their response is that this is for the residents' benefit. But for myself and many others it is definitely not.
I normally don't write reviews, but I sincerely had the utmost satisfaction with my living experience at Walnut Creek Apartments courtesy of the exceptional service provided by Katerina, the apartment manager. Living here was an absolute delight. The environment is always well-maintained, clean, and cozy which significantly contributes to a comfortable and enjoyable living environment.
