Marty Duda is one of the most physically and mentally revolting people I have ever met. His job is to con people with flashly appliances in his apartment, but nothing works. Good luck with maintenance, it’s an 80 year old man who does absolutely nothing. When I first moved in I had automatic lights, they stared to malfunction, so they were ripped them out of the mall. Marty is a fantastic landlord. He responds quickly to texts and the problem is usually solved that day. The maintenance guys are great and friendly and requests are usually addressed the next day. The apartments are nice and spacious with modern appliances. They are a bit pricey but it's due to the fact that they are located downtown across from mothers brewing company which has lots of live music during the summer and you can enjoy it right from your front door.
