While building a new home, I lived at Walnut Commons (Sept 2016-Feb 2018). My apartment was on the second floor facing the river. The noise from traffic i.e., commuters, 18-wheelers...was unbearable. Moreover, tenants come and go quickly at Walnut Commons, and I was always keenly aware when new neighbors moved in above me. Due to cheap construction, every footstep could be heard.
