Horrible company to deal with. Overcharge for everything, and we got charged double despite nobody occupying the apartment after moving out for the summer. Did not respond to our maintenance requests when the roof and ceiling light leaked over the winter, despite it being a fire hazard. We had to notify the fire Marshall to get them to finally address the issue. Was treated rude by the leasing office every time we called. The maintenance worker was very nice and did what he could, the management was terrible though.

I am writing to formally bring to your attention a severe and rapid decline in the living conditions and management quality at Walnut Crossings in Monroeville. What was previously a clean, friendly, and well-maintained community has unfortunately deteriorated to a point where it is actively driving residents to relocate. Whether you're looking to relocate to PGH, change neighborhoods within the city, or simply move a block down the road, I could not recommend Walnut Capital higher. Their team is at all times super responsive to emails / calls, knowledgeable about their properties, patient in walking you through all aspects of your lease and obligations, and most importantly, conduct themselves with courtesy and a big smile.
