Displacing neighbors to make way for AI startups and "defense" tech companies. On a personal note, when I was a tenant they gave tours of my apartment without notice and wouldn't pay me back for all the curtains I had to purchase & install myself in the unit. And the rent was higher there 5 years ago than what I'm paying now in a nicer place!
We want stability for our neighbors, not a death-based economy. I urge you to right your course and abandon your effort to bring in more death tech companies that would price out communities here while making tech that destroys communities abroad. It is disgraceful.
