I have lived with Walnut Capital for 9 years now and they have been a great place to rent from. The location in Squirrel Hill is unbeatable. I especially appreciate that they assign a maintenance staff person to your building so you get to know them and they ALWAYS come within a few days of submitting a maintenance request online.

We absolutely love our little corner of Pittsburgh with Walnut Capital. The apartments on Hempstead Road are full of character and warmth. Upon moving in we mentioned how much we loved the original flooring, our leasing agent heard this and was able to make sure the original parquet floors were saved during the upgrades. Although we are so close to the city, this area feels quiet and safe. The maintenance staff is kind and prompt with requests. We could not be happier.
