Great eye exam by Dr Jason Wu. He was professional & informative. Can't say enough good things about Dr Wu. There was some confusion about my appointment (online & phoned-in appointments don't synch quickly). They squeezed me into their schedule but Dr Wu did not rush my appointment. Highly recommend Dr Wu.
I have been back 8 times to have the nose pieces adjusted as they were causing sores. I went to a different location and because the Right person helped me, he provided much larger nose pieces that come from the optometrist and NOT the shelf! I was out of town and lost one of my nose pieces, and tried another Walmart Vision and it was just as incompetent by the one by me. I had a wonderful experience at Walmart Vision and Glasses thanks to Kim! She assisted me with such patience and professionalism, adjusting my glasses several times until they fit perfectly. What truly stood out was her consistent smile, politeness, and genuine friendliness throughout the entire process. Kim made the whole experience stress-free and pleasant — a rare find these days! Very pleased with the help ordering glasses for my elderly mom. Everything was explained clearly and she was very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend this Walmart Vision center!
I am going to Walmart Vision Center in Levittown for years only because of the people who work there. They are always so helpful and very nice. Specially Connie is wonderful, thank you so much for being such a nice person.
