Getting the Eye test done was good, as was the rest of my experience with the assistants and doctor. When I called and asked if my glasses had arrived 9 days later I was met with a confirmation.

Getting the Eye test done was good, as was the rest of my experience with the assistants and doctor. When I called and asked if my glasses had arrived 9 days later I was met with a confirmation. I ended up driving an hour back the their store that same day only to be told that I would have to wait an hour while they were on Lunch from 2:30 to 3:30. I had not been made aware of their hour lunch, nor had I been informed that they would have no workers present at that time. Their website also mentions nothing of the sort. I end... read more

I’ve spent so much money here, and the first time I ever miss an appointment I get a nasty text message that I will be charged for missing it and to call and reschedule. Which is almost hilarious. It’s like, dude, you guys haven’t even gotten my vision script right for the last 3 years. I’m so leaving this joint.

The employees are good, the glass frames are good & contact lenses and fine, but the company that they get their lenses from are very poor quality. Two times, I have tried with bad quality in the lenses. The last one I just refunded my money back
