Do your research and look at reviews. I wouldn't recommend them to anybody, the eye doctor is rude and impatient, contacts never fit right and refused to let me trial more than one pair. the the receptionist will ignore you and act like they don't see you, the last straw was them telling me if I missed my next appointment that the doctor said she would not see me again. I recently had an eye exam and got my glasses at the Houghton Lake vision Center. My Dr.S and Optician Angie B. We’re great to work with. Both were professional,courteous,and very helpful.. very positive experience and I will continue to use this vision center in future!,,
Getting the Eye test done was good, as was the rest of my experience with the assistants and doctor. When I called and asked if my glasses had arrived 9 days later I was met with a confirmation.

I ended up driving an hour back the their store that same day only to be told that I would have to wait an hour while they were on Lunch from 2:30 to 3:30. I had not been made aware of their hour lunch, nor had I been informed that they would have no workers present at that time. Their website also mentions nothing of the sort. I end... read more
I’ve spent so much money here, and the first time I ever miss an appointment I get a nasty text message that I will be charged for missing it and to call and reschedule. Which is almost hilarious. It’s like, dude, you guys haven’t even gotten my vision script right for the last 3 years. I’m so leaving this joint.
