They are very professional!!! I felt like they took their time and listened to me when I talked. I would highly recommend them
Amazing how fast they fixed my glasses
I have been going here for about 25 years. Brenda was able to stable my daughter eyes fairly quickly. Besides Brenda , the whole vision center staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Will be going there for life or if we were to move more then an hour away.
3 months wait for an eye exam at most places in mason city! No one cared if my mother needed immediate galsses as she broke hers during international travel and didnt have an Rx. Walmart vision center got us in within a week and had glasses made in 3 days. Dr Lovik was very empathetic and the whole support staff was awesome.
