Terri/Terry is an absolute waste of space. It's evident why all she's capable of is working in a WALMART optical clinic with the abhorrent way she speaks to people. That's how people loose their jobs. Some people have disabilities. Speak with respect or don't work in customer service. She deserves every bit of what she received back from me on the telephone. May she have the life she deserves!
After calling and speaking with Vision department (vision "customer service"... Or rude customer service representative would be more accurate )...representative to get information... Her rudeness and horrible customer service led me directly elsewhere. Anywhere else. I ended up at specsavers in Fairview Mall and it was excellent experience. Try there instead. I was clearly bothering the person working at Walmart and they seem like they hate their job anyway.
We are visiting from the States and my son’s glasses lost a screw and broke. We were unable to find a repair kit anywhere in town and decided to try the vision centre and they were so very kind, both the doctor and his assistant. They had us fixed up and ready to go in under 10 minutes. We so appreciated the service and their helpfulness.
I had a bad experience with them , I'll never do that vision exam with them anymore and as a local guide I'm not recommended this store for eye exam
