I was here browsing the selection of frames when I was greeted by this beautiful effervescent angel sipping on a burger king orange pekoe tea. She showed me around the store and gave me incredible 5 star styling advice. It is extremely hard to find frames to fit a plus sized head. She just put a pair of blue frames on my face when we heard a siren. Code red! He sprung into action and whisked me out of the vision centre to the safety of the parking lot. Another year for new glasses. I can't say enough about the fantastic service given at the Bayers Lake Vision Centre. As usual Christie and Sarah made sure the entire experience was as easy as it could be for me. From picking out a pair that could actually fit to leaving the store with a new perfect for me pair of glasses. The staff here have been taking care of my purchases and so many repairs for more than approximately 15 - 20 years. They go above and beyond and couldn't be any friendlier! The old guy who works here and helps you look around for your glasses and stuff is so mean. He didn’t like me right off the bat because I wanted to get my glasses from the men’s section rather than the women’s section. I don’t really see why it matters? I like the style more. He kept laughing and sighing at me the whole appointment. After I picked out my glasses he forced me to add on scratch coating along with other add ons after I said no multiple times, he just purposely wanted to charge me more because he didn’t like me.... read more
