Prescriptions never readyon time. Understaffed. Best employees lesve or are moved. Would rather pay a bit more than have to go back repeatedly.
The worst customer service. It used to be good, now the management is lazy and doesnt do their job. They said they faxed my rifle request to my doctor, and it turned out they haven't done anything the pasty 5 days. I called again to make sure and they said they had not heard from my doctor. It takes 20 min to get to someone on the phone and when you do, they put you on hold for another 20 minutes. I am calling with 2 different phone number as I am writing this and it has been ringing for 11 minutes.
Pharmacists are very rude here. Avoid thus location unless absolutely necessary
After a very bad experience at Shoppers Drug Mart where four people could not fulfill my prescription in more than an hour I took my prescriptions from them and came to this Walmart pharmacy. They processed my two insurances and gave me the pills in less than 15 minutes with just two people working; it was yesterday evening just before closing. This is where you want to go when you need the pharmacy!
