Like others, I had a bad experience as well. When looking to get a prescription, I was lied to by the assistant at first, then I spoke to the pharmacist (he seemed like the owner) who could not have cared less and said he was too busy despite me being the only one in line. I suspect getting me my medication wasn't worth it for him as he complained a lot about how much work it would be. To. Do. His. Job. Go anywhere else.
Great experience at the Walmart Pharmacy. The staff is very friendly, cooperative, and always willing to help. They are polite, patient, and make the entire process smooth and stress-free. *Special appreciation for the Indian pharmacist working there—very knowledgeable, kind, and professional. Overall, a really nice and welcoming pharmacy with excellent service
I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service at this Walmart location. The lack of professionalism has become impossible to ignore. Staff are frequently seen wearing AirPods on the sales floor, having personal conversations while working, and paying little attention to customers who need assistance. I placed an order for delivery, paid for it and it has been a week with no confirmation on what is happening with my prescription. I have tried calling in and keep being placed on hold. Thought maybe if I waited around they would pick up the phone, but was on hold for over 25 minutes before trying to see if I could get help online or through calling walmart customer service line. I have picked up new medication here and not had the pharmacist help me understand how to dose the medication properly, or try to sell me "add-ons"... read more
