Nothing special. What you would expect at a pharmacy
The pharmacist today refused to provide me an emergency dose of anti-depressants that I have been taking and filling out the Rx at this specific location for 3 years, I was not a new customer by any means. I’ve had to take emergency doses multiple times with no issue in the past. I had extreme difficulty getting a hold of my clinic for a week and finally got an appt for a renewal - to make matters worse, my 15 year old daughter is on the same Rx and she still refused to give her an emergency dose. Kiran, the Pharmacy Manager at the Hillside Mall Pharmacy, Victoria, B.C. (Store # 1214) is fabulous! He went "well above and beyond" today to assist with my order. It is not often that this level of professionalism and kindness is received now a days. The pharmacy was extremely busy during my visit, yet Kiran still took the time to assist and "make it happen."
