Worst pharmacy ever. I’m a combat sports athlete and I got a cauliflower ear from wrestling. I was looking for a syringe to drain blood from my ear. The pharmacist assumed I’m a drug addict looking for a needle to use drugs and wanted me out, she said she couldn’t find a single syringe for sale. I had to come back and give them SKU (barcode) for regular insulin syringe, which by the way worked perfectly fine. I visited the Walmart Hillside Pharmacy on June 12, 2026, around 1:30 p.m. to pick up my Ozempic prescription. This was my first time using Ozempic, so I expected to receive clear instructions about the medication, including how to store it and any other important information. I do not speak English, so I had my friend on the phone helping me translate. Nothing special. What you would expect at a pharmacy
The pharmacist today refused to provide me an emergency dose of anti-depressants that I have been taking and filling out the Rx at this specific location for 3 years, I was not a new customer by any means. I’ve had to take emergency doses multiple times with no issue in the past. I had extreme difficulty getting a hold of my clinic for a week and finally got an appt for a renewal - to make matters worse, my 15 year old daughter is on the same Rx and she still refused to give her an emergency dose.
