Literally this pharmacy tries to play Doctor. As the pharmacy, you should not be questioning my medication that was prescribed to me by my doctor in this manner. That is not your job. If this was a serious medication, I might understand the concern but its not even close to being any kind of medication that they shojld be concerned about. My doctor increased my dosage of a medication I take, but because I filled the prior doses through another pharmacy they wouldn't fill it. Just got out of surgery, my medicine was supposed to be ready when I came up, they said 20 minute wait, I waited well over an hour. And after that hour, they asked what I needed it for. And then proceeded to fill it.
I’ve been using this pharmacy for a couple years now. They are always kind to me. Sure it takes longer sometimes but they do the best they can. In the years of dealing with them I can’t think of a single negative interaction.
They're too slow my medicine always takes half the day to get filled and they're rude
This is my third bad experience with Customer Service. They are some of the rudest workers in that department. They act like they are inconveniencing them to wait on you. It has gotten so bad that I am considering not trading with Walmart any longer.
