Told me my prescription would be filled and ready in 20 minutes. Came back 3 hours later and was told it still wasn’t ready and that it would be another 15-20 minutes. Ended up waiting 40 minutes. Always super slow service
Why do we have to wait days and days to get our prescriptions?? I can see once In a while but it's every time. Something seriously needs to change you being a pharmacist ought to know how important it is for us to get our medication and how bad it can be if we have to do without certain ones.
This pharmacy is ridiculous! Because of their stocking issues I was unable to get my medication and even though my medication was auto renewed before the prescription expired because they didn't have it in stock, I now have to wait over the weekend for them to get a hold of my doctor for a refill- this is an important cancer medication! Must be the nastiest people they could find in Maysville to work there , I recommend you go to another pharmacy, if you can’t be semi pleasant,get a job where you don’t have to deal with the public. I’m a minister and they almost made me lose my cool
