Great customer service! Fast and prompt always
I called Walmart to inquire about a vaccine. Valencia picked up at 9:00 am. I asked her my question she put me on hold. I was on break so didnt mind 30 minutes later, I hung up. Called back Connie answered i explained i have previously spoke to Valencia and what transpired. She told me well their were only 2 ppl working so basically oh well. I said what i had to say and hung up. Walmart customer service is terrible. They exhibit a unconcerned and unprofessional attitude. Thank goodness i dont get my medications from them. Th... read more
