my prescriptions were sent in too early so I called and talked to the pharmacy manager Mary who told me I could pick them up a certain day and the assistant pharmacy manager van said what Mary said didn't matter and what she says goes and this isn't the first time she has tried to change the pick up dates for my meds so I'm not sure what she has against me but my gf works in the pharmacy and I know the policies better than some that work in the pharmacy but Van Nguyen tried to keep me from picking up my meds until almost clo... read more

Just had an unpleasant experience with the customer service. I picked 2 nail polishes, one was on sale for a $ 1 and another was a reg price, two different colors of the same brand, but on the lower shelf was a few colors on sale, I took even a picture of that price label. When I came to self check out, it came out both for a reg price, so I asked girls in customer service to do a price adjustment and I showed a picture of the shelf with the tag, but she grabbed my nail polish and went to double check and she said, she can't... read more
