Called on my way home from open heart surgery (3 day post op) to make sure my medication would be ready for pick up. They put it in the system but they had to call the help desk or the prescriber to verify the prescription, they did not and I wasn’t able to get my medication. When I called in the morning and threw a fit all of sudden my medication was ready in 15 minutes. I had server pain all night/morning because someone didn’t want to make a call.
