They do not how to shop for other people. I got my order. Half the items were wrong. U try to call and u get a AI . If u get a human and they transfer u to back and they just hang up on u. It is not the first time either. They have no control in this area. The manager is no better either.
Would not take responsibility for shorting me on pills. Said they couldn't have shorted me on pills because of their ai bs. Yet, Walmart Pharmacy on Tanner Lane gave me what I needed FOR FREE!!! This one tried to say I did something with the pills. Uh, no, I keep my pills in a certain place, and they are NEVER taken out and put somewhere else. Don't matter if I am homeless or not. If I wasn't homeless, if I went and stayed the night somewhere, then my storage bin that has my medicine and toiletries in it would go everywhere ... read more
