I have been going to this pharmacy for probably close to 10 years and generally have a great experience here. However, in the past few months one specific pharmacy tech named Nazli has soured my experience. Every time I pick up my prescription from her she acts like she cannot understand what I am saying even though I come here every month for routine prescriptions. Looking at all the positive reviews here, I went to this pharmacy to get my son’s prescription filled for his illness. I was surprised when I was told by a pharmacist that my son’s name does not match on the prescription provided by the doctor. She also asked me to call the provider and they were also stumbled as the doc wrote the prescription perfectly. Its all automated these days, aint it? The Pharmacy staff are the best. They are so kind and go above and beyond always.
The pharmacist always refills our prescriptions quickly, as well as explains new prescriptions so we understand how to take the new medication. We are very lucky to have a Walmart pharmacy in our home.
