There’s a pharmacy technician named Maria who has been very rude. I’ve noticed multiple times her tone and demeanor comes across as disrespectful. I’m sure it can busy but this is bad customer service. Overall, my experience with the pharmacy and other staff have been good.
Thank you for answering my call so close to closing time! I don't typically enjoy that experience from other vendors. I had ignored the previous notifications that my med was ready, falsely beliving I could do without it...wrong! They kindly refilled the RX for the next day after I called them seconds from closing. THANK YOU!!!
