Thank you for answering my call so close to closing time! I don't typically enjoy that experience from other vendors. I had ignored the previous notifications that my med was ready, falsely beliving I could do without it...wrong! They kindly refilled the RX for the next day after I called them seconds from closing. I’ve had problems literally every single time. And the best response is, “we don’t know why it’s not working” my insurance only lets me get a certain amount (21 days worth), while my prescription is for 30 days. So I’m getting a partial refill, and when I try to get the rest it’s always a problem.
