Excellent customer service! And Medication always there and on time!
Always a hard time with rude customer service. They never fill my medications right and they try to refuse to fill my medication because it comes from Doctors in Detroit. I’m sorry I’m terminal and I tried to get PRESCRIBED medications. This place is a joke! Never get my prescriptions on time either.
They messed up my birth control pill prescription, never called me for clarity or the physician office, blamed it on the physician office. Offered no way to fix it. Also refused to give me much needed vaccinations so I left, I don’t trust it. Highly disappointed.
I received a text stating my medication was out of stock be 1-2 days a week later I finally call only to be told I didn't have a script in the system but yet he was was able to find one and fill it if I hadn't called I would still be waiting for my diabetes medication.
Even when busy they make sure patients are taken care of properly without attitude. Other places give ya attitude and don't even answer their phones. That's why I chose to come to Walmart.
