Don't try to use self checkout I started taking my patients to Walmart SuperCenter instead of the local Walmart because of the addition of self check out. It was tremendously faster to do this so I could actually bring my patients shopping with me as an outing. We had 17 items in the cart (some were large) so it made the cart more than halfway full.
