Just called to ask if they had a medication for my grandson and spoke with a Nicole. She was very quick to say no they didn't have it and she couldn't check other walmarts in the area to see if they had it.
Very busy. I have 2 stars because they deliver.... If you can get them to put up your prescription. It takes 2-3 phone calls to get prescriptions filled.
Customer service on the telephone in fall river Massachusetts in the pharmacy is downright atrocious i can't believe how incredibly rude the staff is!!! They should be ashamed of how disrespectful and condescending they are management needs to have a chat with both women working on April 11th at 500 pm they should be fired not impressed at alll
