Girl had too much attitude - a whole truck load! I reported her to Corporate. I just wanted toupdate the HSA account number on file and she said we had zero co-pay. I said that wasn't what I asked. Then she said NO I could NOT change the payment card number! Also, there were FOURTEEN (14) prescriptions to pick up for my husband but we were NEVER notified. Why not?
