Girl had too much attitude - a whole truck load! I reported her to Corporate. I just wanted toupdate the HSA account number on file and she said we had zero co-pay. I said that wasn't what I asked. The pharmacy tech helped me last minute get my medication. I know they were as tired but they went above and beyond assisting me.
