Asu, Mrs. Hang, and another young lady (I can’t recall her name) were very helpful in assisting me! I am normally with the Murphy pharmacy, however I was in need of an urgent medication and they helped me throughout the process and was very patient and responsive to all of my questions.
Reading these other reviews confirms that my experience wasn’t isolated. Extremely rude staff who would rather spend their time arguing and being rude than filling your prescription or being helpful at all. This was my preferred pharmacy due to the proximity to my house but I will gladly drive farther than deal with the staff at this location. Very happy HEB will moving into town soon so I can actually get good customer service while picking up my prescriptions.
They hang up a call… They keep you on hold and they hang up, this happened multiple times in a year.
I love this pharmacy. They're professional, friendly, and work hard for their customers.
