This was my first and will be my last experience with this pharmacy. On August 18th, 2024, my wife was released from the hospital after three long and difficult nights after a EMERGENCY C Section. Her prescription was sent to the pharmacy at 2:25 pm, and I called at 2:45 pm to confirm they received it. Despite this, the pharmacy didn’t call us back until 4:13 pm, only to say they couldn't fill the prescription because it lacked a diagnosis. The employees at this Walmart pharmacy go above and beyond every day. I've used this pharmacy for years and I'm always so impressed that the employees are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. There are so many pharmacies that make you feel like you are an inconvenience and give you the run around when trying to get doctor approval, figure out insurance/pricing, or ordering a medication they don't have in stock. This has never been the case at this Walmart pharmacy and I so appreciate these hardworking individuals!

I would like to thank the pharmacy team at Woodbridge Sachse store for their great work.
