Matt Downs the pharmacy manager has been the best with my father and his prescriptions for his terminal cancer. Change of management now . Has made of everything good about this pharmacy a nightmare. They have put my father through unimaginable stress.
Matt Downs the pharmacy manager has been the best with my father and his prescriptions for his terminal cancer. Very helpful and caring. Most of the pharmacists and techs have been great as well. Don't be swayed by other bad experiences from a Walmart pharmacy. This one has been excellent to us.
I can't say enough good things about this pharmacy and, especially, Shannon. When I first went to Walmart pharmacy, I imagined that I might not get the most personal service but I was completely wrong. I don't know how she does it, considering the fact that they must have thousands of customers, but Shannon remembers my name, things I've told her about myself and my family, and is completely on-top of my medications.
