Bought tires from Walmart, made appointment to install. Arrived ahead of appointment. Service dept cancelled my appointment, forced me into walk-in status because mower tires somehow didn't count as appointment worthy. Waited 2hrs for service. Then charged more for a totally prepaid order. Most service dept employees were kind, but one short, older guy was rude several times. I have trouble out of him each time I come here. Certainly not best experience!
