Went to have a new tire installed and they somehow damaged my driver door on the lift and it’s going to be an estimated 3k to fix, which thankfully Walmart is paying for but I’m still frustrated by the whole situation. My car door barely shuts right now. Needless to say we will be going elsewhere from now on 🥴
They replaced the wrong tire on my son's car.... Not the one loudly hissing air and no longer a circle.... They replaced the tire without any problems..... How do you confuse front passenger with drivers rear? Then said " we will take care of that , free of charge.".....
Being out of town, I was skeptical buying a new set of tires for my vehicle. The Seymour, Indiana Walmart Super Center Tire and Auto Service Department was THE VERY BEST tire shop I have ever been to in my 69 years of existence. Down to earth, humble and happy to help professionals made me feel at home and did quality work. I wish I did not live so far away or I would give them ALL my business and highly recommend them to my friends.
The auto center is a joke they put tires on after market wheels on my truck 6 months ago I bought new tires and toke them in yesterday to get put on and after I sit there waiting for my appointment the guy says they can't put tires on aftermarket wheels when they just did six months ago and says online walmart will on aftermarket wheels
