Called last night to see if they had 2 tires i needed. They did so I asked them to hold them and made an appointment to get them put on. When I went in for the appointment, they said the person who I talked to forgot to put my name on them so the tires got reserved for someone else and that I was SOL. When I tried to ask and talk about what happen the employee just walked away mid sentence. So rude and unprofessional
Ordered tires online that said they were available. I arrived for my installation appointment to find out that they were not available and Walmart has no idea when they will arrive. I called back 10 days later to check on the status, and I was put on hold three times for 15+ minutes. When I finally connected to a person, she was incredibly rude and unhelpful. This might be the worst auto care service I've ever experienced, but I guess this is what I should have expected with Walmart.
