2 things for one star, 1- there online as thing when clicking on services says ALL automotive care and service, and guess what They Don't Do Front-End Alignments go figure! 2- Most important I think, so he was an employee there, and they did an oil change on my buddies car well they completely forgot to put a DROP of oil back into it! He leaves engine blows up spits some sparks/flames from vents scorches his eye-brows off he goes to file claim for car and they literally told him if he did they'd fire him!! I ordered a set of 4 tires and walmart was supposed to put them on friday, well friday rolls around and they call pretty much sayin no one could do it in time ,mind you we had an appointment so they rescheduled for saturday, well SATURDAY rolls around and apparently my tires aren’t even there yet?? and won’t be till 6 pm tuesday. We ordered them LAST monday. it has been extremely frustrating. reading through these reviews along with my own experiences this place doesn’t seem to have it together.
Had a flat tire on a Saturday morning while visiting from out-of-town recently. My options were the one open local tire shop (Triple T) or Wal-Mart. Went to the local shop where the three employees standing around drinking coffee told me they couldn't fit me in for a 20-minute plug/patch and to check back Monday. I grudgingly went to Wal-Mart where they plugged/patched the tire in less than an hour for $20 and I was on my way. Patch has held air properly for hundreds of miles since then...no issues.
