I would like to give a shout out to Markus. He provided excellent tire service! I came in to get my TPMS monitor replaced. He was knowledgable and was able to get the service taken care of without incident.
Great customer service! Appointment was scheduled at 6pm on a Friday and I got there at 5:50 and they picked my car up only a few minutes later, and were done by 6:15! This was also with a popped tire and a donut on. I appreciate the friendly and quick service and definitely recommend! I paid in advance and that made it speedy as well.
Appointment was at 12pm, got here at 11:50am. They didn't have my vehicle in til an hour later and so far, it's been 3 hours. I've worked at Discount Tire for a while as a side job and if anything took that long, there would be no store. Take your vehicle to an actual tire shop. Lesson learned for me. Edit: the nice lady that's a manager there had discounted the service fee due to the time without me having to say anything, so I'm giving an extra star for that. Thank you!
