Terrible customer service. Lady was extremely rude. It was a Sunday morning and there was no where else to get a flat tire fixed. There was one other car that was about done & 5 employees in the tire shop. Took an hour to replace my valve stem.
They refuse service when you pull up, or make excuses why they aren’t able to book anything, I’m here at 10 a.m. and they’re closed, not answering phones. This is a mismanaged and severely unreliable location. They’re always short staffed, air compressors are broken, or staff is rude and treats you like you’re dumb. I’ve had two good experiences here over in two years.
