Stripped oil drain plug. Took my brother in law 3 hours to get 2 tires and rotation, on top of that, they rotated the wrong tires, couldn't put the old ones back on, and didn't have another set replace them. Lost a lug nut as well. We need better technicians up there. Not jo blow from off the street.
I arrived and checked in from my car about 3 and received the text @3:11p n they didn't get done changing my one tire until 6:20p 🤦🏾♀️never again! But nobody was rude it's just the service was very slow they look like they were under staffed! And they didn't even rotate my tires n I was too tired to even go BK for my 5$
