My wife went here 2 weeks ago for a tire. Within days the tire started having a slow leak. I called to ask them about warranty and nothing. Asked if they could look at the tire maybe it was set wrong. Nope cant do that either. Asked them for the number to cooper for maybe a manufacturer warranty and nope. Told me to Google it. So basically we payed for a brand new tire to have a slow leak and need to be aired up every day. You should look after your customers a little better then this. Friendly service, but not fast at all. 3 hours for a tire change is ridiculous. They need more technicians working to get maximum efficiency. Lastly, fix the dang door.
Major negligence and oversight in the Auto Care Center! My car was ready for 47 minutes before I went to the counter to pay!! And I only went to the counter because they were about to close. Nobody contacted me at all to tell me my car was ready!
