Twice I went to the auto center in Matamoras, PA. 1st time for an oil change - that took 2 1/2 hours. 2nd time to buy tires and have them changed. After 2 hours and they serviced other cars that came after me. I had to leave with no new tires. I will never go there again. They lost my business completely. No auto, no groceries, no clothes.
