Worst place ever
I came in to Walmart to get an oil change like I normally do and the mechanic in the auto center told me over time they had stripped down the plug in my oil pan, he told me to immediately go to a real mechanic shop and bring back the receipt which they would reimburse. I came back to the store and had the worst experience dealing with Cassie, pumas rude and nasty and I have never been treated like that, I work in customer service and would never treat someone like that. went in to get new tires installed and balanced. staff was very friendly but also appeared very stressed. there were two people working there in about seven cars. it took about 4 hours to mount and balance the tires
