Went for an oil change. They told me 45 min wait but it took about 30 min. They do a free check of many components including free wiper fluid top off. Can’t complain… yet.
Be ready to wait 2+ hours for an oil change. Waste of time
Made an appointment at 3:30pm for wheel balancing. Showed up 3:17pm. They finished at 6:00pm. At 4:30pm i checked in with Jonathan(he was a very nice kid and had the best customer service out of all of them) to see how much longer. The manager and Juan brushed me off since i was a "Walk-In" saying i have to wait longer. I had to remind them I had an appointment and was there an hour already. Wow it’s not possible for me to give them less stars. I was the only car here. Came in for tires and an oil change. Waiting two hours and….. they just finished the oil change. Looking in it seems like people are just strolling and standing around. Makes sense why no one uses them. I will never return here. Avoid if you value your time in the slightest.
