Went to get my tires changed. I have a loud exhaust and workers after done with tires, The workers proceeded to go outside and revved my engine and Floored the accelerator harming my engine, I heard it from inside of Walmarts Auto center horrible
I get my engine oil replaced here and always have had a quick service. It's like a 20-30 min wait and I get my shopping done so it's all good.
I had an absolutely fantastic experience at the Walmart Auto Care Center in East Setauket, NY. During Walmart's Black Friday 2024 sale, I ordered two Goodyear Reliant 235/65R17 tires for my 2021 Toyota Sienna at a great price—$91 each, plus $18 for installation. Initially, I planned to go to the Commack, NY location, where I’ve received good service before. What I learned...Booking an appointment does not guarantee that type of service can be completed nor does it guarantee that your car can be serviced. This is even after calling Walmart first before ordering the tires. They stated that cannot service "newer cars" because they don't have the "right lift". This team was also observed to give the wrong keys to a customer... twice! The Walmart customer service team was unable to support nor find a Walmart that can service the car.
