Gio was amazing. So helpful, friendly, and knowleageable. Had a screw in the tire on Sunday. Too close to the sidewall for Walmart to risk, but he pointed us to someone who got us on the road in 20 minutes. Thank you Gio !
Went there at 6pm (store closes at 7) when my car’s battery died. Found the battery but staff could not change it for me because there shift was ending in an hour. I feel like battery swap take couple of minutes but they refused
No one to serve me at counter . Then Justin came out and grunted one word responses . I had to figure out they had no spots for an oil change through his one word grunts . Worst customer service ever . Never ever ever going back .
I didn't realize you could schedule appointments at Walmart now. I walked in and was told it would be an hour wait I could deal with that but 2 hours waiting is ridiculous. Too big of a company Walmart doesn't care about people in general. Their workers or customers.
I got a flat tire on Monday, I went there and the lady at the desk told me to bring it Wednesday morning at 10:30 to be fixed, because she's gonna be there that time. I asked for an appointment. She told me we don't do appointments for flat tires. So, I came back Wednesday morning and the guy next to her told me it's gonna take 2 hours. And I faced her and she told me that you should have come back yesterday. I was shocked in disbelief. I would have brought it yesterday if she told me so, of course I want to fix my tire ASAP... read more
