This happened November 2024. I visited this location after one tire blew up on my way to FW animal shelter on I-35 to complete an adoption process. I brought in my car before 9 after visiting the shelter (had an earlier appointment time) which wasn’t too far and this was close to my next location I needed to visit, which I had to cancel because of Walmart Auto Center. If you value your time DO NOT GO HERE. I was told it would be an hour to have tires mounted and balanced. 3 hours later they had only done 1! Even after the 2nd hour when I told them to stop and i would go elsewere it stil took an hour for them to put the wheels back on. Not to mention everytime i went out and checked they were all just standing around. Had to ask multiple times. Never again

Went here is November of last year for tire replacement and again today(2 months later). In November, at 10am with no other cars there, I was quoted 1 hr to replace 2 tires and get an oil change. They almost immediately took my car in to the bay to work on it. Over the next 3.5 hours, 8 other cars came and were fully serviced while mine was still in the bay with my old tires on and the new ones sitting next to it.
