January 21, 2026. Anjelika was so friendly, kind, attentive, and provided superb customer service. She informed me how long their services would take, and they also provide updates via app. In which it informs you once your car has been checked in, it's being worked on, etc. It gave me time to do some shopping, and they also have an area to put the shopping cart back if you park right in front of the auto care center. I went to this Walmart on January 6th to have an old change, my husband ended up having to crawl under my car and tighten up my oil filter because they didn't tighten my oil filter, so I lost like half the oil that they put in it, and then they won't answer the phone. When you call to try to talk to them about it very, very unhappy with the way that their customer service is there.
Had my battery replaced here. The manager of the automotive department is amazing! He’s kind, attentive, and helpful.
