I work in retail so I judge tough on my reviews. I had a tire issue on my way home to Alpena. I pulled into Walmart Alpena at 6:30 on Sunday when they close at 7. I ended up just needing a patch on my tire but the staff didnt blink an eye. Had me out before the shop closed and actually saved me over the stress of a large snow storm coming. Every employee that worked this evening was so nice and fixed my problems ASAP. Thank you so much. I appreciate you guys.
Arrived at 730 for a single flat tire repair (no appointment). Was told there were a few appointments ahead but should not take too long. 2 hours later was told it would be another 30 to 45 min. Take your business elsewhere your time is not valued here.
