When the weather is cold, I will take my one vehicle in particular there for an oil change. I have changed the oil on this vehicle myself at least 25x. There was oil all over my driveway upon having it changed at Walmart yesterday. I guarantee they pulled the bolt and instead of waiting for it to drain, pulled the filter and it drained all over the frame. Car was done in about 8 minutes as I watched. Very good customer service
I had a serious issue with a nut on the oil panel during a long road trip from Texas to Canada. I was very worried, but a worker at this store and his entire team helped me in the best way possible. They did everything they could to assist me. Without a doubt, this was a great experience that I will never forget, thanks to all of them and especial to Josh.
Called ahead to see what options were available. Spoke to a gentleman that said one thing, then when I arrived, I spoke to a lady at the counter. She was not the person I spoke with on the phone, but she was rude and said that everything that was said by the gentleman on the phone was a lie. When I asked why I was told one thing over the phone and now being told another in person, her response was, that was one of our techs and he is wrong and shouldn't be answering the phones.
