I was out with my family when my Chevy 3500 would not start. We got a ride to Walmart Autocare Center and Kevin helped us find the right battery and helped me understand how the core charge could be refunded when I return with my old battery. He was very quick, professional and precise when I needed something specific in a hurry. We installed the new battery and it fired up right away. I've had multiple great experiences with the Walmart team in Lebanon for oil changes. The mechanics seem to be knowledgeable about most makes and models. The price is pretty much the best you can find without a discount for a full synthetic change. I have also had a few fantastic experiences where I had EverStart batteries fail under warranty - they replaced them after doing a quick battery test every time.
