Set the appointment and arrived on time. It didn't take long for my oil change. I'm happy with the process!
Being nice is free. Had a kitten stuck in the under carriage of my car. Asked if they could put my car on the lift and take the cat out. An older Black lady told me no and to go to the fire department. I went to Texas Cars as they have done previous work on my car. In 5 minutes, they put the car on the lift and took the cat out. Like I said, being nice is free. I see why Walmart has 2.7 out of 5 stars.
Worst auto center experience ever. The first time I came in was to get a flat tire fixed. I arrived at 7:30 AM and still waited 4 hours, only to watch customers who came after me get serviced first. Completely unfair. I asked one counter staff for an update because taking awhile already.. guess what she told me.. “I don’t know”. Crazy I gave it another chance and came back to get all my tires replaced. I arrived at 7:00 AM to be first in line and waited outside until about 7:20 AM because the doors were still closed.
