I had an appointment scheduled for 3:30 PM and arrived on time. After placing my car in the queue for an oil change, I was told half an hour later that they didn’t have the required filters. Without even asking me, they cancelled my appointment. They told me that if I brought the filters myself, they would complete the oil change. Atención pésima en este lugar . Todo el personal que trabaja en el garage de auto son unos groseros y hacen su trabajo de la manera mas lenta posible.

It’s cheaper than other places for this type of service so I like that. I’d say schedule an appointment for sure. If you do it as a walk-in, you’re going to be there for at least 2 hours minimum. Also, I asked for them to swap out a quart of oil for a quart of Lucas used for high mileage vehicles. I was asked to purchase the product so it could be used. I did so, when my vehicle was returned, the quart of Lucas was sitting in my front seat untouched. That has happened on several occasions. When I go elsewhere, it gets used.
