If I could give the Walmart Auto Care Center on Montfort Drive zero stars, I would. My experience with the front counter service was extremely disappointing. The employee who assisted me was rude, seemed uninterested in helping, and appeared to be in a rush the entire time. When I asked questions about the services offered, I felt like I was bothering him rather than being treated as a customer.
We would do our oil changes very frequently here, but I don't think that will be the case anymore. We were having extreme car troubles; our car would make grinding noises and suddenly shut off. The "Oil Pressure Low" light would appear on our dashboard. We took our car to the mechanic, and after a while, they found that the root cause of the problem was that there was no oil in our car, which was strange because we got our oil change at Walmart not long ago. Needed lube.
The slowest service you will ever receive. I scheduled an appointment at 9:30am and still had to wait up to three hours to get my car back, and it was a two tire change! Never again will I go to this location, they have no sense of urgency and it’s ridiculous. Adamant on keeping you here all day!
Worst auto experience of my life. Came in for a dead battery. Let them know that the battery was DEAD dead and if I brought them in the keys they’d have to jump it again or push it to the bay. They insist they want the keys now instead of pulling it to the empty bay. After half an hour of twiddling their thumbs someone comes out to try and start it and is shocked it won’t turn over.
