Everyone on the Auto Care Center team is great except for the short skinny light-skin incompetent woman that works the cash register, poor people skills, should not be dealing in customer relations / communication.
I ***SCHEDULED*** two oil changes at the 4pm and 4:30pm slots and I have always been under the impression,*****APPOINTMENTS****** are priority not at this location apparently I witnessed 3 walk-in for the same service finish before me . Not to mention only one person in the staff knew how to check someone out?!? When I can go to any other location and Everyone on their crew knows how to do it . If I could give the Walmart Auto Care Center on Montfort Drive zero stars, I would. My experience with the front counter service was extremely disappointing. The employee who assisted me was rude, seemed uninterested in helping, and appeared to be in a rush the entire time. When I asked questions about the services offered, I felt like I was bothering him rather than being treated as a customer.
