When will this corporate Giant stop counting there money and actually care about there customers!? Even just a little effort not asking for the world,maybe some customer service class/training it will make you even more $$$ in the long run think about it!
Had a terrible experience at Washington location they put the wrong valve stems on and I got a flat tire on the highway but I made it to this location and they fixed all the problems and were very smart and did it all for free so props to these guys Steven and Kyler need a raise
I showed up with a flat tire. I was told there was nothing wrong with my tire and treated like I was an idiot. Went back with a completely flat tire asking them to please fix my tire and they told me no, but they didn’t have time. Horrible customer service.
I bought my tires at Walmart, complete with a warranty that apparently comes with a side of disappointment. When I called to ask about a repair, the delightful gal on the phone assured me they’d get me taken care of. So, I drove up ready for some tire TLC. Fast forward 15 minutes of sitting there like a forgotten mannequin, and finally, they acknowledged my existence! Went to get a tire repair on my mom's vehicle. Walked around Walmart for about an hour never got a text or call so I decided to go back to see if my vehicle was completed. They tell me that they can't repair my tire. I asked why they never called me to tell me that it wasn't repairable and to ask me if I wanted to put some new tires but no they just want to stand around and do nothing. I guess as an employee for Walmart for 28 years I guess I will take my vehicle somewhere else to spend my money to get tires.
