Don't waste your time making an appointment with this location! I scheduled and appointment only for it to be canceled without notice. Smh this pushed me behind other appointments and caused a delay that I couldn't take because of other events I had planned. Smh

Hands down the absolute worst place to get anything done. Expect to spend 3 or more hours for a tire change. Expect to be gaslit about how long you've waited. Don't waste your time with this location. Ever.

They say that they change air filters but they don’t went here just to test it out right after my oil change I checked my air filter and yes it’s the same exact one that was already installed. I demanded a refund for incomplete service and after long argument and discussion and embarrassing their employees about my rights to not pay if you don’t do what you say you offer and cops being called I INDEED got my refund. Thank you very much. Y’all check them filters if they don’t change them then don’t pay until they do simple.

Had to do an oil change, I live in Duncanville so I went to the Walmart in Cedar Hill only 1 tech was on duty that day so I went to the one in DeSoto and they only had 2 techs on duty, needles to say had to go to a different company for an oil change. Very frustrating.

I asked for help with the tire inflator machine and waited about 20 minutes with no assistance. I asked another employee to call someone, heard the announcement made over the store, and still—no one came after another 10 minutes. I decided to grab some light bulbs instead, but every checkout line had more than five people, and even the self-checkout line was packed. I left with nothing. This Walmart in DeSoto has terrible customer service and poor staffing. Very disappointing.
