I've been here since 9:00 this morning. This location has the worst customer service i have ever encountered. Dominic the associate has no clue what he is doing. I waited for over an hour for an oil change. Robert the service manager was there but never said anything to his staff to encourage them to get to work. I watched 2 techs leave said my shift is over, by. Shame on you walmart for putting up with this kind of customer service. I will never be back to your auto center again.
I really appreciate Dominic. He was very helpful and kind.
One of the employees actually had the nerve to tell me “ You were a grown man tripping over $60” Whether is 60 or $600 that was beyond rude and unprofessional
