Just saying… I booked an appointment for an oil change for 1:30pm. It’s 3pm and I’m still waiting for my car. Defeats the purpose of booking an appointment, I came earlier this morning as a walk in and they said it’d be a two hour wait. The kind associate suggested to make an appointment… Unfortunately I still had to wait 2 hours even with an appointment slot.
Please do not go here book your appointment some where else. I made an appointment for 3pm to get 2 front tires changed took over 1 hour 30 minutes to change 2 tires !!!! I don’t know if they don’t have actually professionals here but it seems like they truly do not know how to do there jobs or they don’t have much knowledge about cars . Go anywhere else but here you will be waiting for a long time and don’t bother making an appointment cause it serves no purpose
Worst experience ever! Set up appointment online for auto center install. They got delivered early and due to tech not checking tire delivery in, the appointment got cancelled. Had to do my own problem solving and go in person to demand install. Still had to pay out of pocket because of THEIR mistake and the cherry on top is they gave me a tire that didn’t belong to me! My car broke down and my battery is under warranty so I went to Walmart and was told I had to bring them my old battery for Walmart to tell me it’s defective when Firestone already checked and confirmed it had a bad cell. My car broke down in Irving, TX and I live here in Desoto not far from the Walmart where I purchased the car battery. I even offered to pay for a new battery with a guarantee they would refund me once I returned the old battery.
