Made an appointment and brought my vehicle here for a simple oil change Thursday evening and the manager asked if I could bring it back the next morning at 7 am because he fired everyone.He promised to get me in and out . Just saying… I booked an appointment for an oil change for 1:30pm. It’s 3pm and I’m still waiting for my car. Defeats the purpose of booking an appointment, I came earlier this morning as a walk in and they said it’d be a two hour wait. The kind associate suggested to make an appointment… Unfortunately I still had to wait 2 hours even with an appointment slot.
Please do not go here book your appointment some where else. I made an appointment for 3pm to get 2 front tires changed took over 1 hour 30 minutes to change 2 tires !!!! I don’t know if they don’t have actually professionals here but it seems like they truly do not know how to do there jobs or they don’t have much knowledge about cars . Go anywhere else but here you will be waiting for a long time and don’t bother making an appointment cause it serves no purpose
