Showed up 20 mins before the appointment, they moved my car into bay 1 hr 20 mins later at the end of my appointment time.....now wants addional 40 mins to change 2 tires! Waste of time and they messed up my other plans....they should close all there auto shops now!
Terrible experience and im glad we didn’t even leave the car. Walked in stood there for 15 minutes and no one came up to us. Then proceeded to call the store and watched the phone ring to have no one even come to answer it. It’s Walmart and no one cares. Don’t trust them with ur car
It was an overall good experience.
Made an appointment to get tires installed, showed up to the appointment 10 minutes early to find out they cancelled it for no apparent reason with zero notification. While waiting to get this all straightened out another lady was there to pick up her car and they put the tires she paid for on another person's car who left. 3 people had been there for hours and were asking for the keys back so they could get service elsewhere. 2 "mechanics" working who didn't have a clue what they were doing and the front of the house is jus... read more
